- Introduction and Acceptance
1.1 These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase of and access to The Solo Cleaners System ("the Programme") provided by Helen Young trading as Solo Cleaners Success Academy ("I", "me", "my").
1.2 By purchasing and accessing the Programme, you ("the Customer", "you", "your") agree to be bound by these Terms in full.
1.3 If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not purchase or access the Programme.

- What Is Included
3.1 The Solo Cleaners System is a self-study digital programme. Your purchase includes:
- 12 core programme modules covering business transformation for solo cleaners
- A templates and checklists bundle
- Monthly content calendars
3.2 All content is delivered digitally via the Kajabi platform. Access is granted immediately upon successful payment.
3.3 This is a self-study programme. No coaching, mentoring, community access, group calls, guest expert sessions, or one-to-one support of any kind is included. Please read Section 7 carefully before purchasing.
- Pricing and Payment
4.1 Programme Price
The total price for The Solo Cleaners System is £697, payable as a single one-off payment.
4.2 Payment Processing
4.2.1 Payments are processed securely via Kajabi Payments, Klarna, or Clearpay.
4.2.2 By providing your payment details, you authorise me to charge your chosen payment method for £697.
4.2.3 It is your responsibility to ensure your payment details are current and that sufficient funds are available.
4.2.4 Your purchase is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed. You will receive a confirmation email with access details.
- Access and Delivery
5.1 Access to the Programme is granted immediately upon successful payment.
5.2 You will receive a welcome email with login details to the Kajabi platform where all Programme content is hosted.
5.3 You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. You must not share your login details with any other person.
5.4 Your access to the Programme is for your personal use only. It is non-transferable and cannot be shared, gifted, or resold.
5.5 I aim to keep Programme content available on an ongoing basis. However, I reserve the right to update, amend, or remove content where necessary. Where content is removed, I will aim to replace it with content of equivalent value.
- Refund Policy
6.1 Because The Solo Cleaners System is a digital programme with immediate access granted upon purchase, all sales are final. I do not offer refunds once access has been granted.
6.2 Please read these Terms carefully and ensure the Programme is right for you before purchasing. If you have any questions before buying, please contact me at helen@solocleaners.co.uk and I will be happy to help.
6.3 Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by this policy.
- No Support Included
7.1 The Solo Cleaners System is a self-study programme designed for independent learners. This is intentional.
7.2 The following are not included in your purchase and will not be provided:
- One-to-one coaching or mentoring
- Personal feedback on your business
- Access to a community or group of any kind
- Group coaching calls or live sessions
- Email support
- Support via direct message, text message, WhatsApp, or any other private communication channel
7.3 If you require ongoing support, coaching, or community, please consider whether a supported programme would be a better fit for your needs before purchasing.
- Intellectual Property
8.1 All content within The Solo Cleaners System, including but not limited to the modules, templates, checklists, content calendars, videos, written materials, and any other resources, is my intellectual property and is protected by copyright.
8.2 Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Programme content for your own business purposes.
8.3 You must not:
- Copy, reproduce, or distribute any Programme content
- Share your login details or allow others to access your account
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any Programme content
- Use Programme content to create a competing product or service
- Remove or alter any copyright notices from Programme content
8.4 Breach of these intellectual property terms may result in immediate termination of your access without refund, and I reserve the right to pursue legal action where appropriate.
- Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
9.1 The content within The Solo Cleaners System is provided for educational and informational purposes only. It does not constitute professional business, financial, legal, or accounting advice.
9.2 Results will vary depending on individual effort, commitment, and circumstances. I cannot guarantee specific business outcomes from completing the Programme.
9.3 To the fullest extent permitted by law, my total liability to you in connection with the Programme shall not exceed the amount you paid for it (£697).
9.4 I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Programme.
- Privacy and Data
10.1 I collect and process your personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
10.2 The personal information you provide at the point of purchase (name, email address, and payment details) will be used to process your payment and provide access to the Programme.
10.3 I will use your email address to send you Programme-related communications and, where you have opted in, marketing communications. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
10.4 I will never sell your personal data to third parties.

- Changes to Terms
11.1 I reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.
11.2 I will provide notice of any material changes via email to the address associated with your account. Changes will not affect purchases already made.
- General Provisions
12.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
12.2 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
12.3 You may not assign or transfer your access to the Programme or these Terms to any other person.

- You understand that your payment of £697 is non-refundable once access is granted
- You understand that no support of any kind is included, including one-to-one contact via direct messages, email, text, or any private communication channel
- You understand the intellectual property and usage restrictions
- You understand that the Programme content does not constitute professional advice
- You agree to use the Programme in accordance with these Terms
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not purchase or access the Programme.
