- Introduction and Acceptance
1.1 These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your lifetime membership to The Solo Cleaners Club ("the Membership") provided by Helen Young trading as Solo Cleaners Success Academy ("I", "me", "my").
1.2 By purchasing and accessing the Membership, you ("the Member", "you", "your") agree to be bound by these Terms in full.
1.3 If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not purchase or access the Membership.

- Membership Pricing and Payment
3.1 Lifetime Membership Options
I offer the following payment options for lifetime membership:
FULL PAYMENT
- Price: £997 (one-off payment) - also available via Klarna or Clearpay, allowing you to split the cost over 3 or 4 months interest-free through those providers
- Full lifetime access granted immediately upon successful payment
10-MONTH INSTALMENT PLAN
- 10 monthly payments of £99.70
- Total cost: £997
- Access granted immediately upon first payment
- All 10 payments must be completed to maintain membership access
20-MONTH INSTALMENT PLAN
- 20 monthly payments of £49.85
- Total cost: £997
- Access granted immediately upon first payment
- All 20 payments must be completed to maintain membership access
3.2 Instalment Plan Terms
3.2.1 IMPORTANT: By choosing an instalment plan, you are entering into a legally binding agreement to pay the full lifetime membership fee of £997 in total. An instalment plan is simply a method of spreading this payment - it is not a monthly subscription that can be cancelled at any time. You are committing to the full £997 regardless of how many payments you have made or whether you continue to access the Membership.
3.2.2 Failure to complete payments will result in suspension of membership access until payments are brought up to date.
3.2.3 Choosing an instalment plan does not reduce the total amount owed and does not give you the right to cancel part way through. You remain contractually obligated to complete all payments regardless of whether you continue to access the Membership. This is not a subscription - it is a payment plan for a one-off lifetime membership fee of £997.
3.2.4 Once all instalments are completed, no further charges will be made and your lifetime access is confirmed.
3.3 Payment Processing
3.3.1 Payments are processed securely via Kajabi Payments. I also accept Klarna and Clearpay as payment options on the full £997 payment, allowing you to spread the cost over 3 or 4 months through those providers.
3.3.2 By providing your payment details, you authorise me to charge your chosen payment method in accordance with your selected payment option.
3.3.3 It is your responsibility to ensure your payment details are current and that sufficient funds are available.
3.3.4 Klarna and Clearpay are independent third-party providers. When you choose to pay via Klarna or Clearpay, I receive payment in full from that provider. Your repayment arrangement is entirely between you and Klarna or Clearpay and is subject to their own terms and conditions. Any issues with your Klarna or Clearpay repayment plan must be resolved directly with that provider and do not affect your membership with me.
3.4 Failed Payments
3.4.1 If a payment fails, I will attempt to contact you to resolve the issue.
3.4.2 If payment cannot be collected, your access to the Membership may be suspended until payment is received.
3.4.3 Missing a payment on an instalment plan does not release you from your contractual obligation to complete all remaining payments.
3.4.4 Continued non-payment may result in removal from the Membership platform and associated communities, and may result in debt recovery action for outstanding amounts owed.
- Cancellation Policy
4.1 Lifetime membership fees are non-refundable once access to the Membership has been granted. By purchasing a lifetime membership - whether via full payment or an instalment plan - you are committing to a total payment of £997. This is not a monthly subscription. There is no option to cancel part way through an instalment plan and stop payments. The full £997 is owed.
4.2 Members on an instalment plan who wish to cancel remain liable for all remaining payments due under their plan. Cancellation of access does not cancel the outstanding payment obligation. I reserve the right to pursue outstanding payments through debt recovery if necessary.
4.3 If you wish to raise a concern about your membership before requesting cancellation, please contact me at helen@solocleaners.co.uk and I will do my best to resolve it.
- Refund Policy
5.1 Due to the digital nature of the Membership and the immediate access granted upon purchase, lifetime membership payments are non-refundable once you have accessed the Membership content.
5.2 If you have purchased but have NOT yet accessed any content, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing helen@solocleaners.co.uk with "Refund Request" in the subject line.
5.3 "Accessed" means logging into the Membership platform, viewing, downloading, or engaging with any resources, videos, modules, or content.
5.4 I do not offer partial refunds for any unused portion of membership content.
5.5 Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.
- Definition of Lifetime Access
6.1 "Lifetime Membership" grants you access to The Solo Cleaners Club for the duration of Solo Cleaners Success Academy's operation.
6.2 "Lifetime" is defined as the period during which Helen Young trading as Solo Cleaners Success Academy continues to provide the Membership services.
6.3 If Solo Cleaners Success Academy ceases to operate or discontinues The Solo Cleaners Club, lifetime membership will terminate and no further services will be provided. No refunds will be issued in this circumstance.
6.4 Lifetime membership does not guarantee access to specific features, content, or services indefinitely. While I aim to provide ongoing value, the nature of the content and resources may evolve, be updated, or be removed over time.
- Membership Access and Content
7.1 What is Included
Your Membership includes access to:
- 12 core business modules, The Solo Cleaners System, covering all aspects of building, running and marketing a successful solo cleaning business
- New Business Blast Off course for new cleaners on how to set up a solo cleaning business (also available as an ebook with the same content)
- How To Clean ebook
- Weekly members only Zoom call
- Monthly expert guests including all recordings of previous guests
- Content calendars for each month
- 8 templates and checklists
- Double Your Money course on monthly cleans
- Mini courses on how to charge per job and how to increase your prices
- Private members community (private Facebook group or Kajabi Community)
- Monthly giveaway entry for members only
- Partner discounts from cleaning product suppliers
- All future updates and new resources added to the Membership
Membership content is not limited to the above and may be subject to change. I reserve the right to update, modify, or remove content at any time.
7.2 What is Not Included
7.2.1 The Membership does not include one-to-one personal support. This means individual coaching, advice, or guidance delivered via direct messages, text, WhatsApp, email, social media messages, or any other private communication channel is not included and will not be provided as part of the Membership.
7.2.2 Support is available through the group community and during live calls and sessions, where questions can be asked and answered in a group setting.
7.2.3 If you require one-to-one coaching or support outside of the Membership, please contact helen@solocleaners.co.uk to discuss separate arrangements.
7.3 Platform Access
7.3.1 The Membership is hosted on the Kajabi platform.
7.3.2 You will need a stable internet connection and compatible device to access the Membership.
7.3.3 You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary equipment and software to access the platform.
7.3.4 I am not responsible for technical issues on your end that prevent access.
7.4 Account Security
7.4.1 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
7.4.2 You must not share your login details with anyone else.
7.4.3 You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
7.4.4 If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact me immediately at helen@solocleaners.co.uk.
- Intellectual Property and Usage Restrictions
8.1 Ownership
8.1.1 All content within the Membership, including text, graphics, images, videos, audio, templates, worksheets, guides, and other materials ("Content") is owned by Helen Young trading as Solo Cleaners Success Academy.
8.1.2 The Content is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
8.1.3 Your Membership grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Content solely for your own personal business use.
8.2 Permitted Use
You MAY:
- Access and view all Content within the Membership platform
- Download resources for your own personal business use only (where download functionality is provided)
- Implement strategies, templates, and resources in your own cleaning business
- Reference and apply the information learned in your business activities
8.3 Prohibited Use
You MAY NOT:
- Share, distribute, or pass on any Content to anyone outside of the Membership
- Share your login credentials with anyone else or allow others to access the Membership using your account
- Copy, reproduce, or duplicate Content for distribution
- Sell, licence, or commercially exploit any Content
- Modify Content and present it as your own
- Upload or share Content publicly, including on social media, websites, or in groups
- Use Content to create competing products or services
- Remove copyright notices or attributions from any Content
8.4 Enforcement
8.4.1 Violation of these usage restrictions is a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate termination of your Membership without refund.
8.4.2 I reserve the right to pursue legal action for unauthorised use or distribution of my intellectual property.
- Termination
9.1 Termination by Me
I reserve the right to terminate your Membership immediately without refund if you:
- Breach these Terms and Conditions
- Share your login credentials or allow unauthorised access
- Share, distribute, or commercially exploit Content
- Engage in abusive, offensive, or disrespectful behaviour towards me or other members
- Fail to make payments in accordance with your chosen payment plan
- Engage in any activity that brings Solo Cleaners Success Academy into disrepute
9.1.2 I may also terminate your Membership at my discretion with 30 days notice for any other reason. In this case, a goodwill gesture may be considered at my discretion.
9.2 Effect of Termination
9.2.1 Upon termination, your access to the Membership platform will be removed immediately.
9.2.2 You will be removed from any associated private communities or groups.
9.2.3 Your licence to use the Content terminates immediately and you must cease all use of Content and delete any downloaded materials.
- Confidentiality and Community
10.1 Anything shared within the private Membership community is privileged information and must not be disclosed to any outside party.
10.2 The exception is if information shared includes disclosure of illegal, unethical, or criminal activities.
10.3 Members must conduct themselves professionally and respectfully at all times within the Membership community.
10.4 Members must not promote competing products or services, spam, or engage in excessive self-promotion within the community.
10.5 Violation of community conduct rules may result in removal from the community and/or termination of Membership.
- Disclaimer and Limitations of Liability
11.1 Educational Resource Only
11.1.1 The Membership provides educational resources, guidance, and templates for running a solo cleaning business.
11.1.2 The Content is for informational and educational purposes only.
11.1.3 The methods and strategies provided do not guarantee results. They are guidelines that you must follow through on in order to see any change or progress in your business.
11.1.4 I do not guarantee any specific results or outcomes from using the Membership or implementing the strategies provided.
11.2 Not Professional Advice
11.2.1 The Content does not constitute legal, financial, accounting, tax, or any other professional advice.
11.2.2 You should consult qualified professionals for advice specific to your individual circumstances.
11.2.3 Templates provided are for guidance only and should be reviewed by your own professional advisors before use in your business.
11.3 Member Responsibility
11.3.1 You are solely responsible for how you implement and apply any information, strategies, or resources from the Membership.
11.3.2 You agree to hold Solo Cleaners Success Academy free of any liability and responsibility for adverse reactions as a result of advice given through the services provided.
11.3.3 You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and professional standards in operating your business.
11.4 Limitation of Liability
11.4.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Helen Young trading as Solo Cleaners Success Academy shall not be liable for any business losses, loss of data, indirect or consequential losses, or losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Membership.
11.4.2 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits my liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
- Data Protection and Privacy
12.1 I collect and process your personal data in accordance with UK GDPR requirements.
12.2 I collect your name, email address, payment information (processed securely by Kajabi, Klarna, or Clearpay - I do not store payment details), login and usage data, and any information you voluntarily provide.
12.3 I use your data to provide access to the Membership, process payments, send Membership updates, provide customer support, and improve the Membership.
12.4 I will never sell your personal data to third parties.

- Changes to Terms
13.1 I reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.
13.2 I will provide Members with at least 30 days notice of any material changes via email to the address associated with your account.
13.3 Your continued use of the Membership after the effective date of changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
- General Provisions
14.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
14.2 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
14.3 You may not assign or transfer your Membership or these Terms to any other person.
14.4 If you have any complaint or dispute, please contact me first at helen@solocleaners.co.uk to seek an informal resolution.

- Acceptance
By purchasing and/or accessing The Solo Cleaners Club Lifetime Membership, you acknowledge that:
- You have read and understood these Terms and Conditions in full
- You agree to be bound by these Terms
- You understand that lifetime membership payments are non-refundable once access is granted
- You understand that whether paying in full or via an instalment plan, you are committing to a total payment of £997 and this cannot be cancelled part way through
- You understand that one-to-one personal support via direct messages, text, or any private communication channel is not included in the Membership
- You understand the intellectual property and usage restrictions
- You understand that the Content does not constitute professional advice
- You agree to use the Membership in accordance with these Terms
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not purchase or access the Membership.
